ENTREES
PULLED PORK
Rubbed with our custom CSB blend of herbs and spices and smoked for 12 hours. Order includes buns, coleslaw, pickles and 2 of our own delicious homemade BBQ sauces, CSB #2 and Spicy BBQ. Delivered pulled and ready for you to serve.

SMOKED TURKEY
This holiday favorite is citrus brined and marinated for 24 hours. Smoked with a combination of apple and alder wood and finished with an apple cider spritz to enhance the flavor. Delivered whole or sliced by request.
