Join us for a relaxing evening and amazing food during the Dinner with a View Event at My Garden Over Floweth on August 8, 2026. With a fantastic menu created by us, Caleb's Sauce Box, this event promises a memorable dining experience that combines fresh flavors, beautiful scenery, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
DINNER WITH A VIEW - AUGUST MENU:
Appetizers
Shrimp and Grits - Bite size polenta rounds topped with grilled shrimp covered with tomato bacon jam
Peach Bruschetta - Roasted peaches with turnips and goat cheese. Topped with
cranberries.
Salad Course
Seasonal salad including fresh berries & stone fruit with burrata
and strawberry balsamic vinegar drizzle
Entree
Prime Rib - Rib roasts rubbed in CSB Prime Rib spice blend. Prime Rib will be smoked in a blend of oak and alder wood then finished in the oven. Served with CSB Homemade Au Jus Sauce.
Smoked Steelhead - Citrus wet brined for 24 hours then smoked over a combination of oak and apple wood.
Sides
Roasted Red Potatoes - Roasted red potatoes at their best. Diced then tossed in olive oil with CSB Spices and fresh herbs.
Farmers Market Vegetable - Grilled zucchini, squash, and tomato tossed in a homemade pesto sauce topped with parmesan cheese.
Freshly made sourdough bread and butter
Dessert
Watermelon Sorbet with fresh cuts of Hermiston Watermelon, fresh mint, and drizzled with sweet balsamic vinegar and feta cheese.

Located at 33512 W. WA-14 in Paterson, WA, My Garden Over Floweth offers a unique farm setting with panoramic views of the Columbia River. The open-air, indoor dining area allows guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the region while relaxing in a peaceful environment, perfect for an evening of good food and great company.
Seating is limited, so early reservations are encouraged. Dining seating will be indoors.
