PULLED PORK - Rubbed with CSB BBQ Spice Mix and smoked for 12 hours. Order includes buns and 2 of our own delicious homemade CSB sauces, CSB No.2 and Mango Habanero. Delivered pulled and ready for you to serve.
TRI--TIP - Rubbed with our custom CSB BBQ Spice Mix specific for Tri-Tip and smoked to perfection. This beautiful cut of meat is always a stunner on the table. Delivered sliced and with a side of homemade chimichurri and pickled red onion.
SMOKED TURKEY - This holiday favorite is citrus brined and marinated for 24 hours. Smoked with a combination of apple and alder wood and finished with an apple cider spritz to enhance the flavor. Delivered whole or sliced by request. Approx 14lb
CREAMY MAC & CHEESE - Made from scratch, this mac & cheese is loaded with a combination of quality flavorful cheeses, seasonings and topped with seasoned bread crumbs.
ROASTED ROOT VEGETABLES - A rich and earthy combination of local root vegetables roasted with our special blend of spices and homemade stock. Dish includes a mix of carrots, parsnips, turnips, beets, rutabaga, potatoes, garlic and more. This dish is gorgeous on the table. Dairy free, gluten free and vegan options available.
